Gordon Atkinson & Associates Pty Ltd use geological, geo-technical, survey and environmental data to prepare conceptual “life of mine plans” for mine feasibility studies and project approvals. Mine and Quarry development plans are prepared using Gemcom SURPAC geology and mine planning software to create 3D models and determine mineral resource and overburden or waste quantities. Global Mapper software is used for GIS applications involving aerial photography and presentation of digital mine planning and design data. Advice can also be provided on short term mine or quarry operational planning, equipment selection and production
scheduling.
